=be skeptical/cautious/careful — 의심하고 조심스럽게 대하다

We need to be wary of anybody who contacts us. It could be a scam.우리에게 연락하는 사람은 누구든 경계해야 한다. 사기일 수도 있으니까.

To be confined (v) / Constraints (n) / To be constrained (adj / v)동사갇히다, 제한되다 / 제약

=To be confined = limited to some area (you have restrictions); Constraints = limitations — be confined = 어떤 영역 안으로 제한되다(제약이 있다), constraints = 제약·한계

=To dread [sth] = you are nervous/scared of an upcoming event (it's the opposite of 'looking forward to'); Dreading + [doing sth]; To be dreadful = terrible — dread = 다가올 일이 걱정되고 두렵다 (looking forward to 의 반대), dread 뒤에는 동명사(-ing)가 온다; dreadful = 끔찍한

I have a big meeting tomorrow, and I'm dreading it.내일 큰 회의가 있는데, 벌써부터 걱정된다.
